Cisco and SAP: An Innovative Partnership

Have you heard the news? Cisco won the 2017 SAP HANA Innovation Award! This award was given in recognition of the pioneering work of Ted Tsortos and Larry Goryachkovskiy regarding HANA and machine learning.

This news is quite exciting, but not quite surprising: Cisco has a long history of successfully developing co-innovations with SAP for HANA-based applications. We’ve developed, tested, and certified a wide range of solutions.

UCS is #1

In the latest IDC report, Cisco UCS was recognized as the number one converged infrastructure for SAP HANA. Cisco customers achieved 528% ROI and could lower IT infrastructure costs by 48%.

The secret behind these numbers is a combination of technologies, automation tools and excellent technical support. Cisco provides a wide range of solutions for SAP HANA, from appliance-based to TDI, that can grow upto 64Tb for scale-out E7-based configurations. For smaller and entry-level environments upto 1.5Tb, we certified E5-based blades and rack solutions.
